An original cocktail of Jason Yu’s that is SO good, it won a major cocktail competition in LA a few years back. Very green, fresh and just a little sour!
- 2 slices of cucumber
- 5 mint leaves
- 1oz fresh pressed greens juice
- 1/2oz Lemon juice
- 3/4oz Simple syrup
- 1 1/2 Lone Wolf Gin
- 5 drops saline
- 3 drops tabasco sauce
Add the cucumber and mint into a shaker glass and give them a solid muddling.
Then mix in fresh pressed green juice (kale, celery, romain lettuce etc), lemon juice, syrup, and gin. Make sure you carefully add in 5 drops of saline (salt water) to balance the sweetness and your tabasco. Top tip: 3 drops is equal to one dash.
Ice it and start shaking! This cocktail will only see ice and dilution once, so make it count. Double strain into a wine glass and garnish with peeled cucumber and flowers folded over a cocktail stick. Magnificent.
