RUM PUNCH

Intro
Brian’s variation of a rum punch that’s so absolutely delicious, you MUST make it at home at every opportunity you get.
Ingredients
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1/2oz lime juice
- 1/2oz grenadine
- 3/4oz pineapple juice
- 2oz SelvaRey white
- 2oz lemon/lime soda
Recipe
First, ice up your highball glass.
Next, grab your shaker and add 2 dashes (6 drops) of angostura bitters – follow that up with lime juice, grenadine, pineapple juice, and the SelvaRey White.
Add a generous amount of ice to the shaker – but all it needs is a nice little toss…
Pour the soda (Spite or 7-up will do!) to your highball glass, then single strain your bad boy punch over the top.
Add a handful of mint for the all-important aromatics and garnish. Make sure to thrash those leaves a little to loosen u the essential oils. Throw in a biodegradable straw, and serve (or just keep it to yourself to drink – we won’t tell!).
