Inspired by a classic, The Airmail. First documented in 1949 using champagne. Except for this one, we’re using Kombucha! Here we go!
- 3/4oz lime juice
- 3/4oz honey syrup
- 2oz SelvaRey White
- 4oz citrus kombucha
Get your shaker and pour in your fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and SelvaRey White. Add ice, and give it a really good shake – this is the last time this drink will have an opportunity for dilution and temperature change.
Double strain into your tall flute glass, then add your kombucha to top. Garnish with a sprig rosemary or mint!
