Named after the famous Hotel Nationale in Havana, this classic cocktail is timeless, and delicious.
- 1/2oz lime juice
- 3/4oz pineapple juice
- 1/4oz apricot liqueur
- 1 1/2oz SelvaRey White
Add the lime juice, pineapple juice, apricot liqueur (a little bit goes a long way…) and your SelvaRey White into your chosen shaker set.
Add ice and shake it long and hard to build up a silky froth and mouthfeel, then double strain over your coup or wine glass.
Garnish with a circle of lime, and there you have it. Perfection.
