Cloud People is a pairing of chili and Mezcal – something hot with something smokey. This drink is gonna warm your soul all over.


  • 2oz Ancho Pepper Infused Mezcal
  • 1oz pineapple juice
  • 3/4oz lime juice
  • 1/2oz agave
  • smoked sale for the rim of the glass


First off, add your smoked salt to the rim of your coup glass. Pour a generous amount of salt into a saucer, then wipe the edge of your glass with a wet paper towel and then roll the glass over the salt. The wet rim will then pick up the salt and stick it to the glass as it dries. Put your glass to one side while you mix your cocktail.

Grab your shaker. Add your chilli infused mezcal, lime juice, pineapple juice, and agave. Throw the ice on in and give it a good hard shake – you want that pineapple juice to froth!

Double strain right into your glass, and serve. Outstanding.
