Jason Yu mixes up a meal of a cocktail right here
Invented in LA in the 1930’s, this classic cocktail has taken it’s name from the restaurant in which it was conceived.
- 1oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2oz honey
- 2oz bourbon
Start with your grapefruit juice, honey, and bourbon in a shaker. Add ice, and shake like you’ve never shaken before!
Double strain into a simple coup glass, and garnish with a slice of grapefruit zest (don’t forget to express those oils, guys).
Serve and smile.
